What's a baby swan called??  You guess it, a Cygnet!!  This is a smaller swan, and it is  cuter than all heck!!!

This bag started out as an authentic Louis Vuitton Cosmetic Pouch Bag Poche Toilette 19.  This one is the perfect small crossbody, coming in at  7.25" wide by 5.5" tall and about 2" deep.  The exterior canvas is in good condition and has been cleaned thoroughly.  There are a couple of scuff marks on the back that are barely noticeable.

This bag's Vuittonite (see below) was extremely sticky, so I've completely removed it, leaving the bare canvas. The top edges of the bag have been stitched by hand with a whiskey colored leather lace.  The zipper works great, but the pull tab was damaged, so I've removed and replaced it with a brass tab. I've added brass D-rings to the back  to attach the matching whiskey colored adjustable leather strap that is 39-48'' long.  It is perfect to wear crossbody. I've also added a matching authentic LV zipper pull that matches the bag!

I've also included a small organizer inside the bag that will help keep the bag's shape and keep your goodies organized.  The organizer can be removed.

Please note:  This is a vintage bag, and will show some wear.  I try to call out everything, but please make sure to look at the pictures!!  This bag will come with a cotton or organza bag and will be shipped priority mail.

About Vuittonite:  Prior to 1997, Louis Vuitton lined many of its bags with a vinyl-like material known as Vuittonite. It was used (and patented) by Louis Vuitton because its resistance to water makes it easy to clean. Unfortunately, when exposed to high heat or humidity, Vuittonite begins to deteriorate and peel away from the edges of the bag. Over time, it becomes increasingly sticky, forming a residue (which, in extreme cases, is black in color) that transfers to anything placed inside the bag. If your Vuittonite is starting to get sticky, try putting some talcum powder inside, lightly coating it.  It works!!!
