The Chick Crossbody - Upcycled LV in Monogram

I've been trying to get my hands on some Neverfull pouches to see what I could do with there....here she is, meet the Chick!

This small crossbody bag has STYLE! I've taken an authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram pouch from a Neverfull bag and fashioned it into this fun crossbody!  The canvas looks great (there are tiny pinholes on the back where I removed the original D-ring), and I did recoat the edges to make them look shiny and new.  The zipper works great.

The interior has the bright yellow print and may look dirty, but... she has been thoroughly cleaned.  Some of the stains I couldn't get out. I've added gold D-rings to the sides of the bag and then clipped on a fun "LV-like" chain and a new black leather strap that is 46" long.  Both can be removed if you want to put a different strap on her. I love how she turned out!! She's got enough room for just the right amount of things, coming in at 9.5" wide by 6" tall. 

The date code on this bag is SD4123, which indicates she was made in the USA in week 42 of 2013.
