The Parrot Crossbody Bag - Monogram in Black Fringe

This beautiful Parrot crossbody bag was created from a gorgeous authentic Louis Vuitton Amazone. The Amazone is such a functional bag, but let's face it, they're kind of blah!  She's so cute now, you'll be the envy of your friends!!  The dimensions of this bag are W 6 x H 8.25 x D 3.5”. There is one front zipper pocket, and another zipper opening at the top with a roomy interior and another slot pocket. 

The bag's monogram has wonderful color and is in great shape, no rips or tears.  The vachetta was dry and the piping was quite worn along the top, so I've dyed everything black and conditioned it well.  The handle holders were torn from the sides, so they were removed and covered with knotted fringe.  I've added new D-rings for the strap to the top back of the bag, and I think the bag lays much better like this!  The canvas strap is so on-trend and comfortable with its width of 1.5" and the fact that is fully adjustable from 30-52".

I've added knotted fringe to the front of the bag to give it some visual interest.  The brass zippers have been painstakingly polished and they shine like brand new now!! The fringe can be trimmed to your liking, just add a note during checkout or contact me via IG/FB immediately after purchase. 

The date code on this bag is TH0999 which indicates it was made in France September of 1999.

Please note:  This is a vintage bag, and will show some wear.  I try to call out everything, but please make sure to look at the pictures!! The zippers are functioning great, but will not be included in the warranty guarantee.
